ID3 co-founder and Chief Scientist, MIT Media Lab professor Alex ‘Sandy’ Pentland, published an article in the Harvard Business Review’s April 2012 issue, with an accompanying webinar entitled “The New Science of Building Great Teams: Analytics for Success.”

Pentland writes, “At MIT’s Human Dynamics Laboratory, we have identified the elusive group dynamics that characterize high-performing teams—those blessed with the energy, creativity, and shared commitment to far surpass other teams.
